The hotel of choice in Tanjung. What a brilliant and exceptionally friendly venue with ATTENTIVE staff who is also the manager! The most important - quiet location to the beautiful beach. Very close to good restaurant and the airport. Good and tasty food for breakfast.

I chose this hotel for a business symposium and was impressed by The Meeting Hall's ability to accommodate up to 250 attendees in different configurations. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a comfortable and professional environment for our event.

The only thing I would have liked to have for my work is a reliable and speedy Wi-Fi connection. It was a bit slow at times, which caused some delays in our presentations.

I chose Medana Resort Lombok for its convenient location near Hans Reef, a landmark I wanted to visit. The team at the Marina pleasantly surprised me with their ability to arrange my visit and their experienced staff made me feel confident in my boat excursion. , the resort offered various services and outdoor activities, such as car and bicycle rentals, laundry services, and breathtaking views of palm trees and the bay from their bar. The food also stood out as one of the best differences.

Unfriendly staff, late food service, high prices, and an uncomfortable incident with the chef at the kitchen ruined the mood of our trip.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is super accessible, just a short distance from where the fast boats arrive. The fact that there are only six houses for guests creates a jaw-dropping feeling of exclusivity. The scenery is like a slice of paradise, with a stunning swimming pool that adds to the wow factor. The staff are incredibly kind and ensure you have the best stay possible. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the owners' two friendly dogs are an adorable bonus. The staff go above and beyond to assist with organizing activities and even drove us to waterfalls and arranged a trek. The on-site massage was fantastic and great value. The food was delicious and the service top-notch. The massive pool is pristine and the Indonesian features of the cabanas are stunning. The included breakfast, especially the mie goreng, is mouth-watering. The staff, particularly Erwyn and Ana, are friendly and always happy to chat. Leena gives amazing massages. The whole place has a laid-back vibe that adds to the overall enjoyment. We had a late check-in after a trek and enjoyed a tasty dinner. The bungalow was cozy, with a spacious bath tub, and the garden and pool looked fantastic. Thanks to Ori for helping us book ferry tickets. this hotel is absolutely super and highly recommended!

One thing I especially appreciated was their willingness to drive us to the harbor free of cost so that we could catch our ferry to the Gili Islands.

Additionally, the hotel was conveniently close to where the fast boats arrive, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. Lastly, the rooms were fantastic. They were spacious, clean, and had lovely interiors. We especially loved the outdoor showers, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast that was included - the mie goreng was absolutely mouthwatering.
